Our rates per person for tenancies starting 31st Jul 2017 are as follows:

• £60 booking fee per person at time of booking
• £100 per person first rental payment by the 1st May
• 3 equal installments of £1355 per person, payable at the commencement of each term, including gas, electricity & high speed broadband (conditions apply)
  
  Please note we do not take a bond and gas, electricity, water & high speed broadband is included (conditions apply). Each student is required to have a guarantor.
